“Wild”, inspired by the crazy psychedelic art culture of the 60’s and 70’s.
Hard to see on the picture, but this mixed media “painting” is made of many components, glued on each other. First I generated a lot of AI photo’s, which I edited in Photoshop ( adding partly transparency, cutting out parts etc. ), after which I printed and cut them using my laser cutter. Then every image was glued on cut-out foamboard and these parts were glued on each other again to obtain the 3D -effect. I also used glitter stones of different colors and shapes for the finishing touch.
I also made a VR experience using these shapes and paint options in the VR painting program Open Brush.
